The sunny Kona coastline can take more than 45 minutes of driving to experience. Within this expansive area you’ll find everything from Kona Coffee farms to historic Hawaiian landmarks. Kona is best known as the home of the world-famous Ironman Triathlon World Championship that is held each October and broadcasted worldwide. The volcanic slopes of Mount Hualalai and Mauna Loa in the Kona area provide a scenic backdrop and beautiful location for exploration and enjoyment of the area’s attractions and natural beauty.
